"I checked my State farm app on the phone a few weeks ago and didn't see a payment owed. So I believe that have been taken care of. When I went to check the status of my bill for this month I realized they were asking for a double payment. Nothing major just a small glitch in the app. So I called, and got a hold of Samantha Keegan out of the overland Park location. She was very sweet and understanding and allowed me to get a partial payment in and set up a payment plan so I could stay on track and not lose any coverage. Just like the commercial state, like a good neighbor State farm was there and have been every step of the way. I'm really thankful to have a good insurance provider."
